Course Introduction:

Be ready for this hands on practical session on stretches, trigger ball release and how to reduce the risks of injuries. Coaches will learn how to make use of a trigger ball or a foam roller in releasing tight muscles. They will also learn about the different types of stretches, ways of enhancing a particular stretch and engage in discussions on their benefits. Coaches will definitely be trying out the stretches themselves so that they can better help their athletes.
