COACHES’ APPRECIATION MONTH IN SEPTEMBER (Organised by CoachSG)

CELEBRATORY EVENT ON 1 SEP
Last year on 3 September 2021, CoachSG organised a virtual Coaches’ Day as part of the celebration. This year, as the Covid-19 safe management measures have eased, CoachSG is bringing back physical celebrations for coaches to engage and enjoy a workout together. CoachSG would like to invite all coaches to join in the annual celebrations. Following the popularity of the modified Kampung Games Fiesta held during GetActive! Singapore 2022, the theme for this year’s Coaches’ Day is “My Kampung”.

Singapore number 1 tennis player , Ethan Lye signed on with IDAHO state university from Dec 2020 and has started representing the university from January 2022 after fulfilling his Singapore National Service obligations

2021's hybrid international Conference over-arching theme of "Sport Reimagined: Thriving Amidst Challenges" encapsulates the opportunities that were presented to coaches in 2020, to reimagine their coaching practices and professionally arm themselves with progressive pedagogies in the digital space. Thematized conversations and sharing sessions during this conference will be purposefully curated to encourage coaches to build communities of practice and optimise a culture of continued coach education..
